1. Services
We provide domain registration, web and cPanel hosting, VPS, dedicated servers and email hosting.
2. Domains
- Domain registrations are processed through our registrar partner, NameSilo. NameSilo terms also apply.
- You are the registrant. Softechpark Pvt. Ltd. acts as administrative and technical contact.
- Auto-renew is off. You must renew before expiry. An expired domain can be lost after a short grace period and may cost more to restore.
- Domains can be suspended or cancelled after abuse reports or breach of these terms, with or without notice.
3. Payment
Payment is by QR at launch. Services start after we verify and approve payment. [Placeholder: tax, currency and late payment rules.]
4. VPS
VPS plans are self-managed. You are responsible for securing and administering your server. We may suspend servers that breach the Acceptable Use Policy. We may not provide services to customers in sanctioned countries.
5. Suspension and termination
